There are Brazilian cherry floors throughout and the north to south exposures provide a beautiful cross breeze throughout the home. Unwind and relax on the south facing balcony and enjoy the colorful sunsets. This is a beautiful, light and airy space that is not to be missed. Washer/Dryer allowed.

Skyview on the Hudson is a resort-like, full-service complex with 24-hour doorman, large high-end gym where trainers are available for additional charge and fitness classes are offered, Olympic size pool, kiddie pool, shuttle service, tennis and basketball courts, playground, BBQ grills and dog park ALL included in monthly maintenance. Electric charging stations and Zipcars are on site as well. 1 dog per apartment and $78 cable/internet fee.
