Welcome to Smallwood. This is just about the most centrally located neighborhood in the county. Most of the homes in Smallwood are seasonal bungalows but this is an exceptionally well-made stick-built house for year-round use.
This home has a well and septic tank as opposed to the seasonal homes that are on the Smallwood water and sewer system which get's tuned off from the fall until the spring. You also have Mountain Lake right in Smallwood. You will be close to all the big box stores in Monticello like Walmart, ShopRite, Home Depot etc. Also, not far from Smallwood is the happening western side of the county where there are plenty of activities happening in towns like Narrowsburg, Callicoon and Livingston Manor. The main attraction is Bethel Woods Center for the Arts which id the site of the 1969 Woodstock concert where there are many Concerts and event going on throughout the year.
