Bright,big and beautiful studio in wonderful Kips Bay Towers awaits your presence. Wonderful Southern light in the almost floor to ceiling windows streams in most of the day. Opened up, renovated kitchen with breakfast nook, excellent closet space and renovated bathroom. The Kips Bay Towers complex was designed by I.M.Pei .F/S building with laundry, cleaners, gym( extra cost) and an almost 3 acre garden for it's residents.
