The parlor level boasts 12" ceilings and a seamless transition from living to dining to massive contemporary kitchen. The front wall holds street-facing windows and the entire back wall are floor-to-ceiling windows which open onto the terrace. Beyond and beneath the terrace is a tranquil backyard garden and patio ringed with trees.
