Life at the beach awaits you. This four bedroom, one and a half bathroom home sits on a beautifully manicured lot just seven houses up the street from the entrance to the sandy white beaches of the Lido Dunes. On the first floor, you have a living room, kitchen, dining room, half bath, laundry room and a bonus room which can be used as a den or a fourth bedroom. The living room has a wood burning fireplace that will be there to comfort you each year when awaiting the return of the warmth of summer. There are two additional exit doors on the first floor; one which takes you from the laundry room to the rear yard and the other from the dining room, which brings you to the expansive side yard, which has a permitted gazebo covering an area suitable for entertaining and outdoor dining.
Upstairs, you will find a full bathroom and three bedrooms, two of which are spacious enough to be considered primary bedrooms.
You will enjoy sunrises and sunsets and the beauty of the ocean year round, whether you choose this as your permanent residence or your vacation home. Once you become a part of the Lido Dunes, you will never understand how you managed life without being a part of it.
