For Rent: West of Third, 600 SF one-bedroom apartment in a pre-war coop building (no doorman, but UPS, USPS, and FedEx can access the lobby and leave packages).   This apartment is light and bright, with a large windowed renovated kitchen and windowed bathroom,  and outstanding closet space.   Ceilings are 10 feet and the floors are hardwood.   Wifi and basic cable are included in the rent.   The building has a central laundry, bike room, community room, and a backyard garden.   It is superbly located for transportation and proximity to Central and Carl Schurz Parks.  

Disclosures:

Con Ed has turned off the gas to the building because of a gas leak in one of the apartments so the stove is inoperable.   The kitchen features a microwave, electric kettle, air fryer, high end hot plate, and a toaster oven, which enable cooking.   In lieu of trying to fix the gas, the building is undergoing an upgrade to its electricity system which is scheduled to be finished on March 1.   When that happens, a new induction stove will be installed, and the kitchen will be fully operable.
