108 Church was constructed in 1894, and is an exemplary version of late nineteenth century Millbrook Village homes, quite possibly built to service the villages then expanding labor population, constructed within walking distance of the village center, completely accessible in that pre-motor vehicle era, and situated in an area shared by homes of similar architecture and utility. 108 Church is a simply lovely representation of that burgeoning era; quality constructed, using familiar popular architectural styles, quality construction materials, and built to be truly enjoyed by the owners. This house is tastefully updated, spotlessly clean and well preserved; providing a soothing and comfortable place to call home. It is available unfurnished.
