The Building amenities include; 24-hour doorman, package delivery room, convenient laundry (washer and dryer) and garbage disposal on each floor, gym, outdoor barbecue and picnic area in community promenade, party room (additional fee), seasonal pool, parking (additional fees), storage (additional fee), and bike parking. There are income and credit requirements to apply. There is an application fee to the building management and board.
