The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There's a breakfast bar for your casual dining. The living room has bright southern exposure and you can step out on the private balcony for fresh air and a look at the park.

The bedroom is large enough for a king sized bed and plenty of other furniture. It has a large, custom built wall-to-wall closet. Wide plank oak flooring runs throughout the apartment. The bathroom is sparkling white Carrara marble.

At lease signing, the tenant will pay one month's rent and one month's security deposit. The landlord is not charging any fees in connection with the tenant's application for, or lease of, the apartment. However, because the unit is located in a condominium, the condominium and its managing agent charge the incoming resident the following fees: a $750 processing fee, a $75 per person credit check fee, a $981 move-in fee, and a $500 refundable moving deposit.
