يمزج تصميم جديد لشقة تحتوي على غرفتي نوم وحمامين مع شرفة خاصة في فيتا، وهو مبنى تحويلي معروف بتميزه المعماري واستدامته الحائزة على الجوائز، بين التكنولوجيا المتطورة والنغمات العضوية الغنية.

تم تصميم فيتا وفقًا لمعايير منزل passive الصارمة، مما يعني أنه يستخدم تقنيات بناء مبتكرة ومواد فائقة الجودة لتقليل تكاليف الطاقة بشكل كبير، وتوفير تدفق مستمر من الهواء النقي المصفى، والحفاظ على درجات حرارة داخلية مريحة على مدار العام.

تفتح باب دخول بدون مفتاح من نوع LATCH لتكشف عن غرفة معيشة ترحيبية، وغرفة طعام، ومطبخ مشبع بأشعة الضوء الشمالي الجميل. تحتوي النوافذ الثلاثية الكبيرة على ظلال أوتوماتيكية من Hunter Douglas، والأرضيات من خشب البلوط الأوروبي الدافئ تمتد في كل الأرجاء.
